다름이 아니라, 2016년 10월 31일 이후 GlobalSign EV SSL Root가 변경되어 공지 드립니다.

2016년 10월 31일부로, GlobalSign Extended Validation (EV) SSL 인증서가 새 CA로부터 발급될 예정입니다. 새 EV SSL CA는 루트를 포함한 모든 체인이 SHA-256 알고리즘으로 서명이 됩니다. 현재의 루트는 SHA-1입니다.

Impact to Customers

- 2016년 10월 31일 이후로 발급되는 새 인증서는 고객의 웹서버에 새 CA의 설치를 필요로 합니다.
- 2016년 10월 31일 전에 발급된 현재의 인증서가 2016년 11월 1일 이후에 재발급 또는 갱신이 필요할 시, 갱신 또는 재발급을 완료한 후, 새 CA를 고객의 웹서버에 설치해 주시기 바랍니다.
- 2016년 10월 31일 전에 발급된 현재의 인증서 중 재발급 또는 갱신이 필요하지 않은 경우에는 아무 조치도 요구되지 않습니다.

As of 31 October 2016, GlobalSign Extended Validation (EV) SSL Certificates will be issued from a new CA. The new EV SSL CA will allow the entire CA chain, including the Root to be signed with SHA-256 hashing algorithm.  Currently the Root is SHA-1. 
Impact to Customers
- New certificates issued after 31 October 2016 will need to install the new CA on their web servers. 
- Existing certificates issued prior to 31 October 2016 that require a reissue or renewal (after 1st November 2016) will need to install the new CA on their web servers after completing the renewal or reissue process.
- Existing certificates issued prior to 31 October 2016 that do not require a reissue or renewal will not be required to take any action.
